Emely Batista Ramirez’s practice focuses on civil litigation and the defense of corporate clients in tort litigation. Prior to joining d’QM, Ms. Ramirez worked as an Associate Attorney representing insurance carriers and employers in Workers’ Compensation claims in the state of New York. Ms. Ramirez also has experience in Family and Matrimonial law litigating divorces, neglect, custody, visitation, and support matters.
Ms. Ramirez graduated from Albany Law School of Union. She interned for Hon. Jaqueline Dean at Kings County Family Court.
